after a score clerk is violently tacked with a box cut -- attacked with a box cutter. >> it was between a custody and a store clerk. the customer picked up a sharp object like a box cutter. >> reporter: when police arrived, a suspect, said the 25-year-old was being held down by store customers who witnessed the attack and jumped into action. while they subdued him and called 911, never think about helping the clerk who cut his nose and other injuries. >> he was bleeding. he bends down andy told one of my buddies to call 911. >> reporter: detectives were on the scene for hours friday collecting evidence from the
