heavy police presence in west allis overnight. milwaukee police say one car was involved in an accident ... near south hawley road and hawley court in west allis. police say the driver fled the scene.we did reach out to west allis police.they say there is no information available at this time. a 3-car crash in waukesha overnight. it happened on i-94 at dousman road.state patrol says a honda accord hit a semi-car hauler... and ended up in the middle of the road.... after swerving to avoid a construction barrel in the lane. officials say the driver of the honda got out of that's when a 3rd car hit the honda.that driver has minor injuries.officials say the semi car-hauler left the scene. now to a ?developing? story out of fox lake--- a woman is dead... and three people ?close to her? are charged in connection to the case. one is her ?boyfriend?.... who also happens to be her ?cousin.? ?cousin.?deputies say... sesalie dixon's body was ?hidden in her boyfriend's truck for hours?... while he and his mother ?were inside? with the mother's boyfriend "vernon mickey."according to the criminal complaint--- the

together on saturday--- but at ?some point? that night--- mickey says... he saw ?blood? in the truck.he also noticed dixon was gone. mickey says... "laverne ware" indicated... he ?killed his girlfriend?--- then tried to recruit mickey to ?get rid? of the body. hours later--- mickey called police. none of them have been charged with the homicide--- but dodge county officials say... they were ?all involved?.... and could face ?more serious? charges soon. a wisconsin brewery is apologizing for the distasteful given to a new drin. drink.this morning -- "mob craft" which beers, posted a beer it named "date grape"... sounding a lot like "date rape".the link to the beer has been taken down, and the madison brewery says it changed the name.in a facebook post, the brewery says the name was submitted by a fan and was not screened. screened.and quote, "we now have a process where our team vets names before they ever appear publicly. we would never promote rape culture as it is very serious issue never to be joked about. again my apologies for this." president-elect donald trump

at trump tower today....as he continues to fill positions in his administration. administration.the meeting comes ?just a day?... after trump traveled to governor mccrory's ?home state?... for the ?second? stop of his 'thank you' tour tourthere trump focused on the military and national security. roxana saberi has the story. president-elect donald trump continued his "thank you" tour in fayetteville, north carolina tuesday...vowing to fight terrorism... (sot trump) "it's unseen in many cases but we're going to defeat that force and we're going to defeat it stroly safe again': (sot trump) "we don't want countries taking advantage of us anymore//we don't want to be what we've been over the last long period of time." the comments were seen as a veiled jab at the policies of president obama. speaking before a military crowd in florida yesterday...the president took aim at his successorwithout naming him: (sot obama) "people and nations do not make good decisions when they are driven by fear." -nats- to accomplish his national security goals...mister trump

defense secretaryeven though he'd need a congressional waiver to accept the post: (sot trump) "he'll get that waiver, right? oh, if he didn't get that waiver there are going to be a lot of angry people." unlike mattis...trump's pick for national security adviser, retired lieutenant general michael flynn would not require senate confirmation. yesterday...the president-elect fired flynn's son from his transition team...for using twitter to spread a fake news story about hillary clinton. the so-called "pga to an armed confrontation at a washington d-c pizzeria over the weekend. roxana saberi cbs news. trump is scheduled to make stops in iowa and michigan this weekas part of his 'thank you' tour. the state's recount started nearly a week ago.... and so far- close to 1-point-7 million votes have been counted. counted.in our area... dodge, ozaukee, sheboygan, walworth and washington counties have finished.donald trump has picked up some votes in those

major changes. you can see results as they come in from the elections commission. go to our website cbs58 dot com-- and click newslinks. 3 the ?michigan appeals court? says... green party presidential candidate "jill stein"... has ?no right? to seek a recount because of her ?fourth place? finish the election. the court orred the michigan election board to turn down her recount petition--- but the recount is already underway.meanwhile, ?another one?... may be coming. three voters in ?florida?.. are suing for a ?hand recount? of paper ballots. they claim there was ?tampering? with electronic balloting.but t file--- the ?electoral college? votes on december 19-th. today marks 75 years since the attack on pearl harbor.and one of the few surviving planes of that attack is now on display. the only "sikorsy j-r-s one" left in existence is now at the smithsonian national air and space musuem.the plane was stationed at pearl harbor... and after the attack, it was sent to track down the japanese.the plane eventually ended up in storage... and almost turned into scrap metal

seven years ago, 10 years ago. you hear every summer about the droughts but you don't think about that come christmas time when you're buying a christmas tree. these guys have to pay for their wate" water." the tree that cost a grand... has already been sold. 3 first responders outside miami... had ducks had to be pulled out of a storm drain they had fallen into.their mother had ?just been hit by a car?... and died. someone heard the ducks and called 9-1-1.sheriff's deputies and firefighters responded... and got all the ducklings to safety. a new installment of the hit segment "carpool karaoke" will air tonight ...right here on cbs. but there's something
