"one of the hardest parts of being in the portable is not having access to all the technoloogy inside, you have to walk in there but if you're in one of the pods you can easily send out kids to do vmath whereas here we dont have that opportunity" nicole's classroom is one of 28 portable classrooms at wright elementary... it even has a portable cafeteria and portable bathrooms.

students...this year there's nearly 13- hundred. "it's over twice as many as what should be in this school" but ccsd says a solution is in sight for teachers at one of the districts most overcrowded school. a new elementary school is planned to be built just three miles away -- reducing the number of students at wright. "a school will open up just to the southwest of here that wil help us in 20-19, so we are trying to catch up now" a game of catch up that the district says will years. ccsd's goal is to get portables out of every elementary school... they have portables at middle and high schools as well -- but the district says it does not think it will be able to get rid of those any time soon. soc you can find answers to all
