questions answered when the meeting starts. we will give updates..from the meeting. ck, 13 action news. a sign supporting a hot political issue has been raising some eyebrows outside a fast food restaurant on tropicana and maryland parkway. 13-action news reporter david schuman went to the del taco near unlv to find out why it was there. david. after next week -- marijuana could be legal in nevada....and college students in town tel munchies. they say that's an itch that just needs to be scratched and buying tacos -- and lots of them -- are one way to do it. would come in their packed cars and they'd look faded and they would order a ton of food. like not even joking, $50 worth of food." for the last two days or so -- a banner hung outside the del taco at tropicana and maryland parkway urging people to vote yes on question 2...the question of whether to legalize.

"that's going to be a great term for a president right? boy, what a mess." earlier today... th had a piece supporting trump... his campaign immediately.... rejected it... saying: "this publication is repulsive.... and their views...... do not represent the tens of millions of americans..... who are uniting behind our campaign." a new cnn-orc poll shows trump's recent momentum is apparently carrying into nevada. when asked who they support in the presidential race.. 43% said clinton.. while 46% said trump. libertarian candidate gary johnson had 7%.

this happened yesterday near desert inn and mcleod. investigators say he pulled out a large black firearm -- approached the teller -- and demanded money. no word on how much he made off with. plans to extend the monorail to the south side of the strip..... are put on hold for now.... after developers faced a possible roadblock....

marissa kynaston explains why.... they may have to re-work.... their plan. developers with the las vegas monorail showed this map to county commissioners today-- showing the route they have planned out for the monorail extension. that extension would take the monorail about a mile closer to a possible nfl stadium. but minutes before the meeting-- the southern nevada water authority notified commissioners-- that the new route travels right over a main water line-- that provides water to the strip. so its back to the drawing board for now-- so deveop new route. 15:43:33 nat sound of sisolak i'm just concerned because this is a very important issue and i want to be on the same page marissa tag developers say this wont affect the timeline of the project-- they say this is just a legal issue. they plan to discuss this again in 2 weeks. mk-- 13an. we did reach out to the water authority... who told us...
