Census Bureau Director Steven Dillingham and other officials held a news conference to discuss the current status of the agency's operations and preparations for the 2020 Census. The bureau said it will be ready to print and push out the census questionnaire via paper and online no matter the decision from the Supreme Court regarding the citizenship question. The court will be taking up the case on April 23, 2019.
