“The Arizona Patriots are an anti-tax, neo-Nazi, paramilitary organization whose philosophy resembles the Aryan Nations, Posse Comitatus, and other right-wing extremist groups to advocate the armed revolution and the overthrow of the United States Government.  The actual size of AP is unknown, but leaders claim to have more than 4000 individuals who are members or sympathizers, among these being current and retired members of law enforcement and the military.”

“The AP is an organization of tax protestors, survivalists and armed vigilantes.  They do not believe in paying income taxes, registering vehicles, or obtaining driver’s licenses.  The believe only in the County Sheriff’s level of law enforcement.  Some factions of the AP espouse very violent philosophies and have made threats against Federal agents of the FBI and IRS and against State Dept of Public Safety officers and local police.  Some are intent upon overthrowing the U.S. government by violent means.  Their new, ideal society will have no Jews or blacks.”
