Dr. Lenore Rodicio is Executive Vice President and Provost for Miami Dade College, where she has served in various roles since 2002. Much of her work has aimed at recruiting underrepresented students to the STEM fields, as well as strengthening general and liberal education outcomes at the community college level. She has worked with key national partners, such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, to implement comprehensive solutions to improve student success and completion, while upholding the highest standards of educational quality. She holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from LSU.
